Our framework
Every program defines its own metrics.
Impact measurement is built into each program and project rather than assembled afterward. Metrics are recorded from operational activity — distributions, assistance provided, volunteer hours, projects completed — and verified before publication.
Where a number is a goal rather than an achievement, we label it as a goal. Where a figure is historical, we say so.
