Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary for Foundation operations, and we protect it accordingly.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example when you donate, apply to volunteer, submit a partnership inquiry, subscribe to updates, or request assistance. We ask only for what is needed to act on your request.

How we use information

Information is used to deliver assistance, process and acknowledge gifts, coordinate volunteers and partners, communicate updates you have consented to receive, and meet legal and reporting obligations.

Sensitive information

Assistance requests and case records are treated as confidential. They are restricted to authorized staff, are never used for marketing, and are never published without documented authorization.

Consent and choices

You may withdraw communication consent at any time, request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it where we are permitted to do so.

Retention

Records are retained only as long as necessary for program operations, financial reporting, and legal requirements, then securely disposed of.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to our team through the contact page. This policy will be updated as the Foundation's operations and obligations evolve.
